Tiger Shark by Tesoro seem to be a favorite in fresh water for small gold and coins.!!

I attended a seminar and someone that wrote an article on mirco gold detecting says the GoldBug 2 is what he uses, that was Thomas Dankowski.

has anyone used any of the Headhunter products. I hunt salt water and was using a Whites PI machine until it was stolen. Looking to replace it with something else.

if you are talking small gold like ear ring studs or bb size, the Tiger Shark is very good! it is not as deep as the CZ20/21 or the Excal or Sovereign but it will find small gold the others miss.works very good in freah water, not as deep in salt water.

Garrett LS Infinium dug a bobby pin so deep I think I pulled it off a Chinese ladies head............................
