Found the coin again. Put it down and couldn't find it again.
The coin was found on a Cornish Beach and is about 1/2in in Diameter.
 
It looks to pristine to have been on the beach very long ... it really looks like a bangle off a bracelet and current and it has no value on it so all I can say is nice find and good luck with getting it ID ed . Woodstock
 
Most of the same tokens I see on Google are being said to have been minted to commemorate the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution which was instituted on July 9, 1868.
