I think if I had any suggestions for whites with the v3i they should make the headphones battery's rechargeable with the same charger for the battery pack !

I don't see it. The pack has a thermistor in it to regulate the charge.

I don't see the reason to do it, BUT here's solution for you. I built a rechargeable pack using 2500 ma Energizers. So all I would have to do is after the pack is charged I can slide open the door and I have 8 recharged batteries. Do I do it, NO. Rob

A separate battery charger is not that much even with the AA's. I bought two chargers, each with 4- 2500 ma Energizers for $20 + $5 for shipping. Whey work great and I have spares left over to carry in my pocket...just in case.

I've got 3 Whites recharge bat.packs and rotate them , my wife uses one in her XLT when she goes hunting.I never need more but if I do I keep a few fresh batteries to use. As for the headphones the Whites were and are good head phones but I prefer My hard wired RAT phones.I like the sound Better. And I also feel there could be less EMI .Yazoo

The Rats do sound good and I had to use them only once when I had trouble with the WHP. I do like the wireless phones. Spooky our programs are similar and even the same phones.
