Battery not charging

Is there a special way to put the battery in the charger.
It starts off flashing green for 10 -20 seconds then goes to red

Batteries like the Maxxpack that use a smart charger sometimes wont recognize the battery if it gets to low........ then you have to use the ML slow charger. In the case of Lith, they have a third wire that checks each cell to ensure all are fully charged. I dont know if their charger is a smart charger. Do you know someone with another charger? maybe even a dealer in your area...... id check that first. IF the battery is dead....... id play and get a cell phone charger with gator clips...... curiosity.

I had the same problem when I first purchased it. It was the charger, they sent me a new one.

Try a different wall adapter to the charger or try the car adapter.
