When I received my M6 it came with batteries, when I turned it on the meter read 12V...Great..well I had a set of the energizer lithiums (the ones that are supposed to last 8 time longer) and when I put them in the meter read 14V ... sweet! well here it is 2 weeks later and those suckers are reading 13V whenever I fire it up so I think i'll stick with them.:clapping:

As I remember the voltage regulator was not rated at 14v. I think it was 13 something, so you might be pushing it. I'd ask Carl Moreland. Rob
