BATTERIES FOR OLDER GARRETT ADS II

UNABLE TO FIND REPLACEMENT BATTS FOR THIS UNIT,ORIGANALS ARE CADNICA-SANYO-RECHARGABLE-NI-CD-MODEL# 6n-75p 7 volt-75-mah same size as regular flat top 9-volts you buy anywhere,need any help to find correct ones,this unit is in new condition belonged to my father,and i would like to learn how it works,and make dad proud,thanks rdw.
 
I will try to help you,, you can use reg. 9 volt battery's,,,but RECHARGEABLE ones are cheaper,,,but look for the Nickel Metal Hydride,,Ni Mh,, and you will have to buy a new charger....
Might just buy reg. 9 volt battery's to start with.....

thanks bj in okla,i think ill try regular duricel 9 vlts to start,and read the entire manual,and give a shot around yard and see how i do.thanks again rd watson.
