Basic silvery ring Not!:ukflag:

Found this ring with my SE Pro a couple of weeks ago, didn't bother very much as there were no markings on it so I just put it on one side.
Took it to thr jeweller's the other day but he could not help.
On returning home I started to check things on the web, one site explained how to test for Palladium with the 22kt Gold testing acid. It said that if you put the acid on the item and Palladium is present the acid will fizz and turn greem which it did, so hopefully I have a great ring.

Don't think I shall be melting the ring in my log stove as I do with the thousands of fishing weights that I find. Is the price in $ or £.

As far as I can find out that years ago Palladium was not marked. My local jeweler says that is why he would not sell these items.

what number does it come in at ? add to size & weight should give a guide to what it is. chart may help some, http://www.tibtech.com/conductivity.php
