A friend of mine is a contractor and I have watched him and his men build houses many times He can take a skill saw and cut all kinds of angles by sight. It is really amazing to me how well he does. I hope you have great finds on you hunt today, and thanks for you very useful input ont the Explorer II.
Keep em coming!

My local mentor turned out to be a sem-complex guy and after seeing my hunting buddy use the K.I.S.S. method with an XLT and excelling I kind of like to be fairly simple with an Explorer and do well..I tend to bust you now and then but congragulations on a fine post and wish every newbie or oldbie thats new to an Explorer make a copy of your post and decide what side of the fence they want to stand on or for that matter stand on the fence itself. Actually indeed we have a lot of techies using Explorers. Unfortunately or fortunately as you may deem I am a retired cop with no knowledge of electronics and in the old days learned the hard way when PC's were not prevalent by trial and error. I feel I have a working knowledge of an Explorer and working off the autostart try to keep my changes simple and feel I get a lot of my unit. Then again never saw a unit that worked well in so many way either being complex or simple..
