Hello all,
found this in a park in north MI along with some 30 and 40's coins. The park as located across from the old high school that was built in 1919. Any ideas

I'm sure you're on the right track. Wonder why the emphasis on the catchers mask?
 
I thought about that but this measures 2 inches by 2 inches thought that might be a little big might even be bigger then that.

Hello All,
This has been identifIed as whats left of a watch fob dated between 1900 and 1930. good condition 50 to 75 dollars this shape not much.missing the top.
