That is a pretty unique bracelet Dennis, that might be worth taking to an antique dealer and see what you can learn about it. :thumbup:
 
Looks more like an upper armlet for a weight lifter.
 
That is NICE. Someone must have had a bad case of arthritis. When I was young mom used to say I was going to drive her to Bartonville if I didn't behave. LOL
