Barn Fire

I took this photo about 1am. It was a barn located on a farm behind my house. I set up using the 70-200 VR lens and tripod in a field about 300 yard from the barn. Due to the time of day the local newspaper photographer was not on duty so they ran my photo and gave it 5 COLUMN WIDTHS, the largest photo ever on the front page of our paper. It's all about being in the right place at the right time and HAVING YOUR CAMERA with you.

Your statement " It's all about being in the right place at the right time and HAVING YOUR CAMERA with you." is so true. Thanks for sharing this picture and story with the other folks on this Forum! :clapping: Kelley (Texas) :)
