President Nancy did another fantastic job putting together our Christmas banquet and $5 gold coin raffle, her 11th year...... let's all give Nancy a big 
Thank you Nancy for all you do for the club. 
We heard many compliments on the location, food, gift exchange game and live entertainment afterwards. My smile of the evening was watching Bill and Willa getting down to the band

Finds of the Year awards went to Larry with his sword in the miscellaneous category, Dennis with his beautiful Tiffany necklace in jewelry, John with one of his two found silver dollars in most popular coin, Steve Mc with his 1872 Indian Head cent in most valuable and Daryl with his display.
Larry won the treasure hunter of the year award with the most wins in the finds of the month contest with 18.
Kenny B was the big winner of the $5 1882 gold coin, congratulations Kenny.
Tom S won a silver dollar for selling the most tickets, plus we had three winners of silver dollars in the silver raffle.

I had a great time last night. Now I can put the house back together. Just two weeks ago I set my FOM Large Cent aside so I had it for the FOY. I spent all day yesterday looking through the whole house and still can't find it. 
Oh well, it'll show up when I'm not looking for it.
