bang stick!

Brother, I aint never used one but since the movie "Jaws" came out in the late 70's I wouldnt get next to salt water without one. I have saw them used on shows and such and they come in different calibers. Shotgun gauges and pistol calibers I think. I am all about you getting one. I live in Arkansas and if I ever travel close to the coast I plan on totein' one. Let me know what you wind up gettin...d2

But in the hands of the unexperienced, they are more dangerous than Mr Shark. :)

Hi Forrest; If used on snakes, the lead pellets can and will ricochet and could prove extremely dangerous. "Snake shot" in pistols require one to be very close to the snake in order to get a tight pattern. I would prefer the pistol shot (.38, .44 etc) over the bang stick, and use a 45 degree angle for your shot placement. Good hunting, David

Sounds like someone's goin' gator huntin'? That would be a hoot. Good hunting, and straight shootin'. David
