I sent my bandido to Tesoro to get checked out. I have had it sense new but used it very little, Like only 1 set of batteries. I can't wait to get it back. And after 17+ years start really using it. My neighbor was a dealer so i bought it but just never used it, But can't wait to use it now. I am very excited to use it. Thanks for listening.

Good luck with your new found, or re found desire to dig little jewels from the past.

I to have restarted metal detecting again two months ago. Approximately twenty three years ago my two year old Technatics MD broke, I got married had kids and now I'm single and a retired/disabled surveyor form Arkansas and I really like MDing again.

I have a Chicago Steel Tape ferrous metal locater left over from surveying, It will go really deep, I mean feet deep on iron and steel only. Good for relic hunting ect.
In the last two months I have purchased a Bounty Hunter Quick Draw II, a Garrett GTAx 500, and a Tesoro Cibola.

I want just two metal detectors for now so I'm trying to sell the Garrett.

I thought the Garrett would be an upgrade from the QD II but they are both just coin shooters. I have a 4" coil for the QD II and It works good in trash for coin shooting and it will find gold rings.

The Cibola is a great all around detector for my needs. I got it 9 days ago and I'm running down a second battery. It only takes one!

Let us know how you like your Bandido when you get it up & runnen.

keep on diggen
