Bandido II

Just bought this recently and tried it and works as good as it looks.
I went on a crazy buying spree and don't even know why I bought it except that is was like new.I wanted to sell it but could not sell it here for the 90 day rule.
I was thinking of trading it towards a tesoro golden U or selling it.
I posted it somewhere else and in ten minutes it sold- no questions asked or low balling etc etc -crazy how things work out. I don't like to send things to E--Y because they are crazy with fees listing fees-selling fees-final value fees and if the buyer pays by paypal they have another 3% added on.

I was "eye ballin" that beautiful unit over there David.---I go on crazy buyin sprees myself sometimes.---You didn't hardly get it logged in before the guy bought it!-----Oh well, I already got a mint Bandito I picked up the other day from Monte.----They sure are nice little machines.-----------Del

I have a weakness for ones that look and work like new.

That is a beautiful machine. I wish I would have seen it up for sell 1st. I have been looking for a Bandido II Umax or an Eldorado. I would like to find a detector with manual ground balance. Definitely a Tesoro. Looking at the Vaquero as well. The soil where I live has alot of mineralization. I have a mint looking Silver Sabre Umax I bought recently that I am looking at possibly selling or trading it towards a detector, and adding some money for something with manual ground balance. The Silver Sabre Umax hits hard on targets and is an amazing detector. I just need something that will manually ground balance to cut through some bad soil. It is hard to wait for 3 months to post another detector on the classifieds. I had my 505 posted on the classifieds forum this month. I will try to sell it somewhere else. HH.

funny thing and this has happened before.
someone sends you an email-first thing like today in the morning and says he will take it-send paypal address etc etc.
you send an email and there is no response and then another and soon the whole day goes by and no response.
in the meantime another person and in this case two say they want it also but you can't sell it until you hear from the buyer.
I just had that happen not long ago with the sidewinder that I sold.
the person said he wanted it and I marked it sold and after a couple of days said he didn't want it?
I had to repost
OH well

Hi David,

I see where you could'nt sell it on the other website, if you ask me, they did you a favor overthere. I would just keep it and put it to good use, one of Tesoro's best efforts in building a better coin/jewelery and relic detector. Use it in good health and happy hunting:thumbup:

part wit your other, newer Tesoro models and hang onto the Bandido II

What a mint looking MD! IMHO I would have had to kep it. You just do not find those in that condition to often. Beale.

well a person bought it but has not aid for it and it happened to be the one who bought the sidewinder

Even in mild ground, the ground balance is an added bonus. It will add some more depth. And mild ground locations, such as in the eastern US you can run into red clay areas with higher ground mineral content.

We made an agreement as he has not paid for it yet and that is I am keeping the bandido II

What you putting the control box in?.Would if the canoe tips?.Yeah keep it,you will regret getting rid of it.

The canoe is a 15' wenonah backwaterand it has a small flat spot on the back for mounting a minkota electric motor and that is what I have.
you can have 2' swells with this canoe and it is stable as a rock..here is what a backwater looks like.
