Well it took me forever to get my new detector in the mail, but it arrived today. I was very excited when it was UPS at the door. Unfortunately work calls today, but I will probably get a chance to try it out tomorrow. Just grateful to have a job. It is kind of like opening your presents at Christmas, but not getting to play with them until the next day. I am impressed by the condition of the machine. I was a little worried when I was buying it that there was not a picture of the bottom of the coil. Everything else looked good. One of the first things I noticed when unpacking the box is that it came with the coil cover and it was on the coil. The coil cover is in great condition as well as the coil. Overall I got a great detector. Kind of worries you when you have to buy based on pictures. Guess I lucked out. 3 of the detectors I have purchased recently have been bought without seeing the product and trying it. I hope my luck continues. I can't wait to get out and try it. I have read many excellent reviews on the capability of this detector. Monte. I appreciate all of your information on this detector and can't wait to see what it can do. I hope I have many great posts of finds in the future using it. HH
