Bad start, but things got a little better.

I still like to get up at sunrise.

This place is two miles from my apartment. It is the only place where I haven't found any coins. The ground was loaded with melted aluminum and lead. Of course it is on the main road and I am probably not the first person to MD it. I found a few glass gallon milk jugs.

I went next to my parents house to MD and was hoping to do better. This is the school where I attended first, second and third grade. It was built in 1912. They put asphalt around it since I left. That didn't stop me. I MD areas where the asphalt was broken up. It was hard digging and very trashy.

This is the rest of the street. The state is buying all the houses and is going to tear them all down to make way for a four lane highway. Some of the houses are already vacated and I can MD them. My parents house will be next to the new road. I will be watching them closely for opportunities to MD. I know I lost some milk money under the asphalt at the school.
