Back yard detecting...............

tabdog

New member
I don't hunt my own yard very much.

Don't know why. Maybe I'm saving it for hard times.

When I do hunt it, I don't usually find much maybe that's why.

Today I was testing a new digger I made. It worked great until it broke:blink:

Well so much for that idea. But I know how to do it now. I'm going to make a better one.

Here's what I found in my yard.

That's my post for today. Hope it sets alright with you,

I don't know what that thing is but keep detecting in your back yard, I go over mine every summer, I have found a lot of cool things, the inside of an alarm clock, a trapping tag with the name of someone who used to live here and the item that is in my post on here, yea you will probably find lots of nails and junk but don't give up.

Check out the first photo for the size of the object.

I'll let you in on a little secrete

The real "Big Foot" actually lives right here in Arkie Land in a town called Snow Ball.

His feet are humongous. The armed forces refused to accept him during World War II because they didn't want to supply him with shoes. He traveled in carny shows for years to pay for his size 28 special shoes.

If he is still alive he has a collum in a local paper called "The Big Foot Circle".

HH,

Oh, yeah. One of THOSE.

Congratulations, my friend.

That is a Mark VII-B freem drive manipulator from a Znutorian star destroyer. The xorgonite alloy they made those in tends to rust a bit like that, but hey, it's very rare on this planet. They went to using Pogorhxhicite crystals for the Mark VIII and later models, so your find can be dated to to no later than Z.E. 4267.
