Friday I took a half day vacation and got back on site to see what else was there. Not disappointed, within first 15 minutes I'm holding a nice coat size general service eagle button!

MXT let out a tiny chirp...looked down and saw green patina edge of a button. See where I'm pointing?

How cool is this...an early style flat 2 piece eagle button!!!

I found Artillery, general service, infantry, rifleman and and several Dragoon buttons on this site but was shocked when I found this!!!
It's a Trade silver ear wheel, circa. 1770-1830's!!! Originally might of been used as an ear ring but also notice it was used as a necklace. The suspension hole tore at the top.
