Went to the old schoolyard today to play around with the 6" eq2. Thought I'd chase some signals I normally pass on and dug some of this junk jewelry and I also chased some deep iffies and popped the wheats & Merc after 3.5hrs....... Supposed to get real hot so I may be sidelined for a few days?

Not a bad assortmant with silver!
It pays to dig those iffys, especially the deep iffys.

Hot weather for detecting is OK with me,
its the constant rain and other more important priorities that put a cabosh on my detecting so far this season.

nice finds. that pin is neat. It is always fund to find a variety like that and get the icing (silver) on the cake.
Thanks guys....!!!!

FPD.....I was thinking the same exact thing today? Went to start a private today and owners weren't home so plan B was to hit the schoolyard AGAIN. This school has been torn down and a newer one built on the other side of same property, the "old" side is real trashy with iron and modern trash so I thought I'd slow down a bit and maybe chase some oddball signals and maybe sniff out a deepie that we've all missed? It was actually kinda fun digging some of the oddball signals, chasing some iffies, etc. I'd forgotten how much I love that 6".........
