Back to the park with ATPro!

Went back to the park again today in search for more silver. The ATPro did not disappoint as you will see.

Junkite!

Junk Jewelry. Some kind of pin. Gold plating is corroded. Can see some letters, "teachers", "BC" and "N.S.?"

And a cracker Jack ring I think, it is copper. Has a cowboy on a rearing horse with six shooters on sides of ring. The bands are adjustable.

Lots of pennies. I think the ATPro is HOT for pennies the way the ATGold seems to be HOT for Nickles.

Anyway, 3 George VI pennies 1947, 1951, and 1952.

Also got a 1958 Elizabeth penny. And a 1942 copper Wheat cent, can't see a mint mark.

Silver Quarters! A 1943 George VI Caribou and a 1951 George VI Caribou. I double checked the A in Gratia and its pointing at the dentation line, so it's a HR and not a LR. DANG, I could use $1400 :) I just cleaned it with water...just in case I'm wrong. But the LR were in proof sets, not much chance of one being in circulation at the time.

Only other thing was 2 one cents that have a gate on the back. Are these British Pennies or Canadian? The coin listing doesn't show anything special in these years. 1974, and 1999.

That's it for this run, but I'm gonna go back again soon. I can hear the silver load calling...... :goodnight:

The cracker jack ring is quite valuable. I found one a few years ago the value was about $150.00.

Hmm where would I research it?

Here's some info on the "one Penny" it's from the UK...the gate is called a portcullis

I like that silver you're finding.
Congrats !

Thanks all!

QH i posted on the Crackerjack forum, hopefully someone will get back to me. Looks like my ring is missing all the brass finish. It probably rotted away since the 1950's.

WOW!!! Great hunt...That cracker jack ring (if it is), is in great shape, and should fetch a nice sum on eBay if you ever listed it...
great Silver finds also...
