Headed back to one of my favorite hunting spots with my trusty F 75SE. A Missouri Civil War battlefield on private property, with landowner's permission. Dug some interesting relics. Probably the best item was a lead gambling die, shown just below the brass hook. Next to it is a thin flat button, including the shank. On the other side is an IH penny with an unreadable date. Just above the hook are two sweet bullet finds. On the left is a two ring .69 cal. Rifled Musketoon bullet. Have found several of these beauties over the years. To it's right is a common Sharps bullet. Love finding Sharps. Have also found a few of these in the past, as well. A fun dig and can't wait to go back.
