went back to the farm site had about 2 1/2 hours still no coins going back again today gonna find atleast 1 coin before i leave if i have to detect by flash light,lol
i will post pics if i can figure out how.thanks again for the advice
 
hello camelman, our good friend tabdog [sometimes posts here] will be glad to help you get your pics posted, we sure would like to see them! when hunting an old farm, you might want to run with as little discrimination as possible. sure, youll find more iron, but youll also dig the deeper and faint good signals. try it, theres still some good stuff out there. pound it! good luck, gray ghost
 
The next time you go, Camelman, use your head and try to imagine where coins might have been lost.
And most of all, post some pics, we would love to see them!
