Hi guys,
2nd time detecting at my local beach after my 2 week trip away, I found a nice 3.4g 14k ring! 2 other guys detecting also found a gold ring each at the same time! 3 gold rings in the space of half an hour, within 50 metres of each other! Aparently it sanded up a lot while I was away and now it's going again! Biggest tide of the month on Saturday, it could get better!

sounds like a good place to spend some more time at, nice ring find. Tides will be major lows in the states this week also, but bitter cold for many. Here in central Florida we have a couple of 50/60 degree days to get through, then highs in the high 70s to even 80s by Saturday and possibly through the week....good luck to you.

Nice one WW,went myself today......had four rings,three were junk and the other was a gold wedding band.The gold ring is now in three pieces.......very brittle.

Thanks Bob, Joe and Neil, I can't detect tomorrow, my mum's getting married! But I'll be back on it on Friday.. Hope it warms up for you in the USA. Shame your gold band broke Eil, better find one with diamonds next time you go hunting....

I hope the bloke marrying your mums a winner!...hope he has some money too.. I also hope he knows you have mates that can help you move or hide a body if he gets out of hand...Shoot us a pic of the ceremony with you all dressed to the nines..are you going to be the ring bearer? If so, swap out the real one for some sort of junker you found! that would be funny as hell to see the look on his face!
