Hi Guys,

I was starting to gain control over my metal detecting addition but it looks like I've fallen off the wagon (again) due to my recent luck in finding lots of silver. I expect to experience some serious withdrawal as soon as my honey hole dries up.

Here's a pic of today's proceeds ... lots of Wheaties and a three dollar pocket spill.

Things started to slow down a bit so I wandered off across an adjacent field.
Got a broken signal that ended up being a really rusty Barber quarter.

Heres my take....when I hunted beaches if I found a keeper I marked the spot and worked a circle around it..Seems like your honey hole area may be larger than you think so might try the same and hunting around the honey hole in widening circles may be the answer to more of the same..Seems like the whole area may be a honeyhole of sorts....as may have been used by many in years gone by....

Unbelievable ... I have only found 10 silver dimes this whole season so far and you triple that in a couple of weeks. I'm done ..
