Back to same old house....

Old Katz

Went back to the same old house but again no deep signals. Well tere was one
I could just barely hear...came is at 65 and at 7inches but wouldn't you know it
it was just under a pine tree. I cut away roots and dug and expanded the hole but
when I ran the coil over it again the signal was gone. I ran the pro pointer through
the dirt but no signal.

Just the same old stuff and some badly hurt toy cars,a quarter, a couple pennies
and a dog tag plus standard junk.

Katz, I have found VLFs can do that on some tree roots for some reason. I thought I had another one once but I persevered and dug a 1/3 ounce nugget from under the root.

Took my daughter out detecting today. She has had one of my machines for a few weeks now. Didn't find anything but went back to her place and I told her where she should look. While I only found little matchbox cars and decimal coins, she came up with a silver sixpence and a sterling silver ring as well as some pennies and a halfpenny.
She said... hey dad, I'm addicted now.... I just smiled. Now my wife wants to come out with our 3rd machine as well. Happy days...

Some one will know that sees your picture, but that tee looking object looks like some kind of electrical contact for a relay, I think I have seen one before but
can't remember where, oh will, always curious about strange things I find. lol
