Hate to say it, but odds are it's a repro. In fact, the Continental Dollar is one of the most copied coins of all time, and until 1973 they didn’t have to be marked “Copy
 
That was a lot of good info. The coin is grainy and the spin test gave the dull sound. I have to assume it is a copy. Darn. Maybe someday I will have someone look at it.
And yes, the bend test was a bad idea.
