Back out with the XT-705

Those are some nice relics. I got out for a while Saturday. Haven't had time to post pictures yet. How did you have your detector set up for relic hunting?
 
all metal sens at 30 thresh at 12 tone at 4, both of the bullets were at 10 inches or better I was just barley getting a hit. I was using the 5x10 coil. I have a 10.5 in 7.5 on the way I hope I get a little better depth with it.
 
That is high on your threshold. That would drive me crazy being that loud. I run my usually on 3 or 4. Nothing like digging civil war relics.
 
That makes sense. That is about what mine is if I don't use headphones.
 
Sens at 25-26 works perfect. You loose half an inch, but you loose faulty signals also.
