back into detecting and need help.

I am looking at these detectors and am looking for some sound advice. Detector number one is the Fisher CZ3D, I am familuar with it being out to iron, need to know a little more. Next up the Teknetics I know nothing aboiut this machine just what little I gather reading on here, nothing to convence me to buy it or not to buy it. Next is Whites Matrix M6 and this is because I have heard it is a heck of a coin machine and nickle finder and with an eliptical coil deeper then the MXT.Last is a Minelab Soverign GT, I know there is nothing to look at on a screen but I am willing to try a detector like this. I am looking for some thing that is good for nickles hoping to find rings. I have owned several detectors and even the Explorer XS which took forever to learn and then you had to move at a snails pace and trashy areas were tough to hunt. I seem to always go back to my ole reliable Compass Gold Scanner Pro with Keith Wills mods done to it, mine is the prefire and I have a 3 inch nugget coil 6 inch coil and 8 inch and 12 inch with a frequency shift. I know, I know it seems like I have what I want but am looking to add to my arsenal something different.

I use to sale the newer Compass once, ordered 6 and they were junk. I had to pay Keith to fix them all except one and then I could sell them but I lost my butt. I am glad I did that though everyone that has the ones I sold love them and I never had anyone get mad at me over the ordeal. I was honest and didn't stick anyone with them but I also lost money which isn't good when you don't have it to lose but lessoned learned and now I just do it for my own entertainment. Thanks for any input.

Do you have any 3 inch coils for the campass! I would wait and see what the fisher comes out with. The T2 is more of a relic hunter..I said more of a relic hunter...I have used it for truf and it is deep but I like my other detector for turf hunting. One thing about white's lots of coils.. I use the 6000 XL pro and the hot shot 12 inch coil it is deep and light and doesn't act like a 12 inch coil.

Some guys love the Explorer for truf hunting...well a lot of guys feel that way.
