back in the saddle

Finally got back out to hunt yesterday. Only spent about an hour and a half and came up with a pocket full of clad and a couple wheaties, no big deal. In December I injured my knee. Went thru a bunch of tests and by Christmas everything seemed fine. 3 weeks ago I some intense pain in my right leg that subsided after a few hours. The next morning my leg was swollen twice the size of my other leg from my knee down to my toes. Went to the emergency room and after sitting for 3 hours in the petri dish they call a waiting room it was determined I had a blood clot. Anyway, feeling a lot better, most of the swelling is gone and I can actually bend my knee and walk.

HH,

Wayne

Ouch! I hope they put you on an anticoagulant. You don't want to mess around with those. Take care, and glad you are back in the saddle. Good luck:thumbup:

Glad you're better and back to doing a little dirt fishing. God has blessed you very much as this is a serious condition. Blood clots don't play.
