Back in St. Louis for a visit and the usual finds... :sleepy:

Flew into town to get my move back home finalized before I pilot the moving truck in. Of course I had to bring a detector to give the local parks a try with a few spare hours of time. It started off well enough with 4 seated coins, 1847 and 1857O half dimes, 1876CC and 1888 dimes, at the most hammered park in town! :D I visited some others with good results as well. The pic shows the goodies for my trip, including a nice 10K gold ring with emerald that needs to be straightened, an 1820's Dutch East Indies coin, a few barbers, indians, an old Ford key, diary lock, punchtag for Georgina Porter, and lots more. The pic sucks, but it was the best I could do in a hurry!

I was missing the coinshooting back home, and you can see from the pic why, but I will also miss the beaches and the chance for some nice jewelry. I do look forward to getting back home.
Take care and HH, Mike.

Thats great finds, you make me jealous.I hardly ever find a mercury dime much less a barber and there you are with both plus some seated coins. You must really know your detector!Congratulations.

hope your move back to St. Louis will be easy and without problems! Hope you, wife and baby are doing great! Liz will be happy to hear that you all are coming back also!

God Bless!
Betty

The last time you, me, goldigger and that other guy detected around St. Louis I thought you guys cleaned out that whole area.

I see by your finds that there is just no such thing as a cleaned out park.

Are you moving back to St. Louis area?

Tony
