We had a wonderful time. Actually, I didn't lose any money to speak of. What I won we through in the kitty for extra entertainment. Saw some fabulous shows including: magic, dancing, singing and comedy. Wish I could remember some of the jokes as I know you folks would enjoy them. One night sticks in my mind ( because my wife got picked on instead of me). We took my mother-in-law and her friend to see the Rat Pack. Fabulous impersonators one and all. When "Joey Bishop" come out to do a small comedy spiel he walked up to the edge of the stage (we tipped to sit right up front), looked down at my wife and said "Oh look, Farah Fawcet has joined us tonight!" Then every time he told a joke he would bend down and repeat it to my wife (blonde). I just about peed myself laughing. The look she gave him back was priceless and the crowd was with me. I haven't laughed that hard since maw caught her t_t in the ringer washer!

We had fantastic weather as well. We left hard rain and 40 degrees here in Vancouver and spent the next eight days in sunshine and 70+ degrees. Spent the whole week in shorts, t-shirts and sandles.

I can't believe the amount of money passing hands in that town or the amount of people walking around. It was crazy. Anyway, here are a couple pictures for your viewing enjoyment:

Here we are at a lounge show (check out the "tall" Margarita Carol polished off):

Here we are walking the strip.....beautiful weather:

Last but not least, a very rare beast known as a "Rear Wolf" found in my buddies tavern in Camp Verde', Arizona. Nice work with a Black Tail's hiney. Cheers all:

I was wondering where you went. Looks like you had a nice time and probably deservingly so. Nice pictures too. I think that I saw one of those rear wolfs in the pasture behind my house last week while deer hunting:lol:; however, I didn't get a shot:lol:

Glad you are back.

Lil Brother:)

Glad you had a ball. Vegas has sure changed since I helped build the first batch of hotels and casinos back in the late fifties and early sixties. What's the name of your buddy's bar and how long has it been there. I used to go hunting up there many moons ago and hit a few of the suds parlors. Picked up a young Indian broad in one of them but that's another story.

His place is called "Bolers Bar". It was established in 1934. I believe it is the oldest standing tavern in Camp Verde so chances are that was it. It's on the town's main street. Love to hear that story!

missed you on the forum, and had hoped you would win enough money to buy all of us plane tickets to come see you and your wife! But since you are taking donations, I am supposing that didn't happen! :sorry:

Enjoyed the photos, and how many of those drinks did your wife drink?? :)

Actually, I am a social drinker at best and my wife drinks very little except when she's with her sister.....those two are trouble when they get together. :)

Good to be back. :beers:

don't drink much either, but I certainly put a dent in Mikie's wine cellar while I was visiting them! Royal kept an eye on me and made me go outside when I began to get a bit obnoxious! :)

you were not getting all that bad but you had me laughing so hard that it was gettting hard to monitor you :D:D:D:D:D:

You did very good actually. Started worrying me when you took all your clothing off though. I thought the party was gonna get rough.:rofl:

song "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off"! That was our theme song for girls weekend, but when the shots started being bought, I stayed away from those, as I was driving, and I know what happens when I partake. Besides, I'm a married woman!

Get away from me you old freak. I am a married woman!! Baaahahahahahhah
