Back from thew camp.Wind up to 35mph and can't go fishing,So all I could do is work around the camp.:sadwalk:

I stopped over the old button fields which are full of worms. They stock the river with nice 10-12 in. trout,I use to flie fish for them for years but them stock trout just can't pass up a worm.Got four ate two for supper [with a salad, picked some wild chives on the river to add to the salad.] And two when in the freezer.I picked up a nice short three piece Fenwick flie rod [5' 10" ] at a sale I think will be a good short rod for rubber worms and bugs for bass.I never used a short rod for bass but I think it may work good in the weeds.Hope you get out soon to try your new bugs.I may just do a half day today at work, still have worms in the can.
