I got back this morning. No, didn't find any diamonds, but I saw a nice 1/3 carat yellow stone. A couple from seattle found it while washing gravel. It will make a great ring for her. Had a great trip! Heres some pictures of the area. The lady in the shop picture is sheila. She's the gal to see for all your diamond hunting needs.:clapping:
 
At least you took the opportunity to try! Do like Max says and go down to his swimming pool and get a couple of cut ones, HH
