[attachment 63021 NevadaRingampGold22.jpg]Hi All
Just got back home from RP and a great week in the desert detecting:thumbup:.I had the good fortune watching 5 folks being trained with thier new gold machines by Gerry and this trip all found gold:beers: This is not a easy thing to accomplish here!4 of the 5 broke thier cherry`s and found thier first ever nuggets!I`m hoping they will post pics of the gold they found::clap:His training really does make the differance in success out in the field,they are all confindent new nugget shooters now that know the sound gold!I was able to sneak out and do a little wandering of my own and hit a few nuggies:wiggle:
At the end of my trip I got to try some water hunting for the first time and scored a nice white gold 14k band!Gotta love it:thumbup:
Thanks again Gerry for a great week out there! Mark,many thanks for having us on your claims and letting us swing on your scrapes:clap::super:

Cheers
Marc

Hey Marc,

It was a great time for all involved, I was one of the lucky ones to find my first gold on this trip (pics to follow as time allows). It was an excellant experience to dig some gold and an even better experience getting to share it with the best of company. Thank you Marc, Gerry, Mark, Michelle, and everyone else involved for a great trip !!! Hope to see more of you all out and about.

Marc,

I also had a great time out at Rye Patch, it was nice to see you again out at the gold fields, after every body left I found 4 more nuggets on Thursday and one more on Friday before I had to leave giving me a total of 11 Nuggets.

Hey Jarred
Glad ya had a great time,me too:thumbup:It`s always fun to see folks dig some AU at Gerry`s training sessions,the purpose is to teach folks what to listen for out in the goldfields after thier investment in a gold detector.Many have to wing it first time hoping to hit a nugget:shrug:after spending some big coin:blink:they do not find anything and tend to give up because they do not know that sweet mellow sound a deeper or small nugget sounds like:thumbdown::nopity:The trend I have seen is that ones getting off on the right foot are the ones getting trained.Being they find nuggets sometimes while being trained:crylol:but most important is they now have confidense in what GOLD sounds like:beers:Confidense is a very important thing to posess when you are finally in the field that magical morning and about to turn your detector on:thumbup:
Everybody on this trip hit nuggets which always makes it a fun outing!
Good Gold,Good Food ,Folks:super::detecting:
Keep in touch and hope to see ya again!
Good Luck out there
