Hello everyone,

Well I'm back from NC and got a few days of hunting in while I was there. Found one piece of silver, part of an old pocket watch, and lots of clad..... Before I left I was told that I would not be going to TX in March but was informed yesterday that TX is back on again. I will be 25 minutes from the beach!!! Never hunted a beach before but its looking like I will get my chance after all.:thumbup:
 
Welcome back Jeff. Congrats on your silver find. As for working the beaches in Texas, I think Larry and I should go along and "help" you with it. It can be pretty tricky. :rofl: You'll have a blast detecting in the sand. Do you have a sand scoop? You'll definitely want one. Maybe someone has one that you can borrow. HH and welcome home! Welcome back!!! What was the silver that you found.
 
The silver coin I found is a dime.... I will be bringing it to the monthly meeting and don't want to ruin the surprise so that's all I'm going to tell you for now. :wiggle:
