back from my 2 day trip to Tahoe

took a short trip to Tahoe for 2 days. It was very fun. heres some pics of Tahoe and my finds there. I tried hunting the beaches with NO LUCK..so I went somewhere different and this is what my hubby and I found in 1 hour. we didnt find this spot till the end of our trip. it was our last stop on the way out of Tahoe. it was signal after signal. wish we could have stayed another night to go back and finish it.

ya it was a fun trip. the pics dont give the area justice. the first pic is just part of the lake. it took us about 1/5 to 2 hours to drive from south shore to north shore along the west side. absolutly gorgeous at sunset. i know where i want to retire. good thing is its only 2 hours or so from my town. never relized it was so close. i will have to go back again.soon

I absolutely LOVE IT..we got to sit on the beach and watch the sunset behind the mountains..that was the best. we are going to take a few more trips there hopefully this year. we will see. its expensive there. but we figure a couple of overnight trips should be alright.
