Had a great little mini-vacation. Even though we got rained on Thursday nights Red Sox game, still had a ball. Lots a Boston folks took over a great city. Never saw Baltimore before & it was very cool. Also got over to washington & spent a day at the Smithsonians American history museam. WOW! :surprised: Could have spent a week there! The American Wars area blew me away. I took some pictures & i'll try to post some later if they came out OK. For now here's a picture of Red Sox 1st baseman Kevin Millar & me hangin' out at the airport

My brother in law started out in the minors back in 1980 and made it into the majors with Detroit in 84. He pitched the night before they clinched the AL East but was not brought up early enough in Sept. to be able to pitch in the World Series. He was with Pittsburgh in 91 & 92 when they were division champs and finally made it into the World Series with the Phillies against Toronto (93?). He was pitching in the 8th inning (mid relief) when they put in the "wild thing" and blew the Series!

The "Wild thing" was traded to Texas and never heard from again!

Bill that is! Tell the truth Bill.....He just walked up to you in the airport and said, "Hey, aren't you the guy from Western & Eastern Treasures?" Then he asked to get his picture made with ya... right? Boy you really put him ON THE MAP!

Sorry Bill, ... just couldn't help myself. ;)

In a twisted way, I kinda like it ;) But, I hope I don't really resemble U know who though now! :thebird: Also, kinda a goof because this ball player lives in Texas :smoke: You seem to be getting pretty good with photoshop! I have some other pictures I'd love you to doctor up for me......gut some ideas..heh heh
did you ever see the pic on the rocking horse?? Why didn't I save that one!

Whew! I was sure hoping you'd take it for the intended meaning! I think I have too much time on my hands. :D
