Hey all, I've been a member here since 2005 but never posted because I was never very handy on a computer. Well in that time I have gained a few tech skills and taken a bit of a break from detecting (life gets in the way at times). I recently had shoulder surgery done and in my recovery and break from work I have started swinging a bit, with my left arm. Thought I would share a couple of finds and see if anyone could help me to learn what I have. I believe that both items are kinda rare in the west (Utah) both the spur and button were found very near each other at what was a obvious camp sight along the Transcontinental Railway, very near the meeting of the rails. I work on a ranch there and the place is covered in history, and private ground that I have full access to. I have some more stuff also, I'll try to make a few more posts.
