Babbs Straight Shaft

I like the design of the shaft and the gaurd. My question is are you able to use the cam-loc from the Minelab shaft,or is the shaft tight enough that the cam-loc is not an issue.my other question is that I'm 6'1" and wanted to know if the shaft will be o.k for my height.

I have had a Babb's Straight Shaft for a couple of months now and have not found the need to add a cam-loc. The cam-loc that came with my Excal stripped out the first day I tried to tighten it so I didn't even think to try to use that one. There is a very slight wobble if you use the longest extension but nothing to be bothered by as far as I am concerned.
I'm 5'11" and the full extension is what I use so that I don't stoop and get maximum swing on my ten inch coil. If you are still concerned then send Bill an e-mail and he should be able to help you out.

Cheers,

BDA:cool:

Thanks,Hunter the woble was a little bit of a concern. But not as much as the length.I have found that a couple of more inches on the ML shaft would be nicer or at least a longer replacment.
