Awesome new product 'Mines and Minerals' by Hystware

I am new here and I love what I see. I would like to share with you a new software program for prospecting called 'Mines and Minerals' by Hystware. Developed by a Christian Family/Company that really cares about people first. Please visit the website and let me know (honestly) what you think!

a bit out of my price range - at least now anyway. Glad to have you here on the CMD Forum.

Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christ filled Christmas.

Hi Karen - This program might be good - hard to tell as they dont give much info as to what the screen looks like - just a glimpse of it. I know they dont want to let people use it without buying. It's neat that they offer all states info - but how many people will search more than their state for things.
I may be the exception as I have the U of Az library and mines dept at my disposal - lots of info on old mines and placers, etc there.
But "Mines & Minerals" sounds like a good deal for those wanting to explore the back country and are not near a library. steve in so az

Merry Christmas and God bless you on your venture!

the program it sounds good but because of my health and lack of money I'm really not able to go far nor out detecting very often. Maybe if I find someone to detect with and some money comes my way to pay off all my debts and this ole gal quits aching in me old bones....well that would be a different story! :)

God Bless and a Very Merry and Blessed Christmas to you and yours!

Just my opinion. (I lived in Calif for 27 years) This just to let you know I have done some prospecting and research on the same.
First thing that got me. Why would you want me to know that there had been a special sale price that I have missed.
Second thing. A prospector, especially on a recreational basis, has no need for information on the whole United States. When I lived in Calif and was taking prospecting trips I was in Calif. most of the time but also went on trips to Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona. So I think no less than 2 areas, West of Ms River and East of same at a cheaper price would increase sales. Something else to consider is that many of these areas may be under claim and are off limits to prospectors.
Hope this may help.

I hope you stop by often! :) God bless!

Hi Steve, It really is a neat program, it is quite a time saver for sure! We even have people telling us it has shaved years off of research time, thanks so much for your input & have a Merry Christmas!
By the way we are always looking for new dealers/distributors!

Yes, and thank you for your honesty! We are considering offering the program on a more regional basis in the future. We did have issues with the special price offer that was is the older GPAA magazines, it was meant to be a promotional offer and got out of hand when it ended.

With respect to claimed areas, our website does offer a link to the USGS Geo-Communicator and LR2000 websites which can provide additional research information about claimed mines. On our product page we dedicate a paragraph to exploring these sites and make note that one should look into the current land status, be it public BLM claimed/unclaimed or private property.

Thanks so much for you response & God Bless

God Bless you too!
