Auvio Wireless Earbuds Headphone Mod

Detectorist

New member
I had my Auvio Ear buds in my pocket on the way back to the car and when i put them in my case
I noticed one of the earbuds was broken. After a good look and realizing the earbuds are of a low
quality all the] way around I decided to make them better than new! Here is what they looked like before
and after the mod. I used a pair of Shure earbuds and the sound is so much fuller that there is no comparison!

Hi Detectorist,

I am waiting on a used pair of these earbuds that I just bought and I like your mod.

May I ask, how difficult was it to do? A bit of soldering I'm guessing? The standard setup has wires poking out both ends of the receiver, right?

Hey Mudfoot!
The Mod requires some soldering, nothing to difficult just make sure
you have a small tip on your solder gun. Yes the standard Factory had ear buds coming out
of both ends. When your ready to do your Mod just let me know and will get some directions wrote down
I bought this for the female jack used in the mod.

3.5mm female jack used

I use the TDK wireless headphones, but considered these earbuds. The "solution" you came up with is pretty awesome. Get to use the KLEER technology, but without having to deal with lower quality items. Well-done!
