Autotrack ON or OFF at the beach ???

ferdware

New member
I was reading a topic in which a few people stated to turn off autotracking in areas where the ground changes alot.

First. Does "turn off autotrack" mean switch to lock track ?

Second. I live in Myrtle Beach SC. Should I have it in lock track or what when I am at the beach to get the best depth ?

ANY other settings that anyone can recommend while beach hunting will be greatly appreciated.

thankyou

Yes it means to switch to lock trac.

My Florida Guru runs auto trac with a speed of 5 at the beach. I used it at South Padre and it worked well. Rob
