Hi all, This week I purchased a Teoro Cibola, as I assembled it, I stuffed up the pin on the coil that goes into the control box, I sent it back to the dealer and he fixed it, and returned it back to me, this happened all in 4 days.

I live on the outskirts of Sydney, Australia, like to say what great service was provided, a really fantastic dealer he is.

Not long after I went down to my local park to have a go, within minutes I got a decent signal, dug it up, hey presto, a $1 coin, we call them Goldies here because they're Gold in colour, not long after that I got another Goldie but it was a $2.

Had to cut my time short as it started rain, so 3 bucks on my first outing, I'm happy with that.

Yesterday I was out with a friend, who is a master on the Tesoro Detectors, that's what influenced me to buy one, as I have a Garrett GTI 2500, and to see him clean up all the time, I had to get one.

Anyway back to yesterday, we hit a soccer field, I got $16.90, my friend got considerably more, it's a lightweight detector,, which suits me as I have plenty of time to hunt for hours, most days.

Now I'm waiting for my Cleansweep coil to turn up..

Cheers Elroy:biggrin:

Good hunting Elroy! I think you'll enjoy the Cibola, it really hits well on coins and can "see" past junk if there is a goldie hiding. Good to hear that you're happy with the service. If we're talking about the same dealer (Wodonga?) then I can only agree with you...he is fantastic, and as helpful as anyone can be. Good luck with your future hunts.

Yes it's Paul Knees at Wodonga, he's very helpful.

Furious T, You're not wrong about seeing past the junk, absolutely brilliant.

hi Elroy, Paul is a great bloke. I hired a Silver uMax from him to see what it was like and that is what convinced me to get one... now considering a Vaquero
