After hunting 5.5 hours yesterday with a couple buddies, I woke up rather stiff legged this morning and decided to just hit my little park. I figured I would be happy if I could swing for an hour.
Ended up feeling pretty good and wound up hunting 2.25 hours.
For silver, I ended up with 1928 and 1943 mercs and a 1964 rosie dime. Silver #110, 111, and 112 for year.
That makes 39 silver for August and 112 silver for year. I had 44 silver TOTAL in the previous 11 years.
Also picked up 7 wheaties That makes 127 wheaties for August and 376 for the year. I had 270 wheats TOTAL in the previous 11 years.
This postage stamp sized park has now given me 47 silver and 202 wheats in my last 53.75 hours hunting there. Before this year, I last hunted this park in 2003 for 1.25 hours and never found a wheat or a silver.
I am thinking I am starting the beginning of the end for this park. She sure has been good to me
