Lake michigan has some BIG 9-10 foot waves hitting the beach here in Montague right now.We walked out there earlier today,surf line is WAAAAY up on the sand...ALSO,I can see places down the beach where the surf has undercut the beach by a GOOD 2-3 feet,exposing a lot of sand rarely seen,meaning:just MAYBE,there are some nice old coins or bling lying exposed or really shallow,that was way deep before....:shocked::yikes:From what I see,these high wave warnings from South Haven to I think Manistee,a long ways......NO WAY,COULD ANYBODY swim in that,but when things calm down......:cool::detecting:
