Why can't you compact every thing on the PRO or AT PRO and compact it into a 1 liner like you did with the Garrett Pin Pointer, Please.

I agree that there are a lot of posts regarding the AT Pro, and I am sure this will escalate when the detector is released. Perhaps we could have a dedicated forum for the AT Pro, which would make reading the general Garrett forum easier for other Garrett machines.

I would agree with that - not all of us here are focused on the AT Pro.

:usaflag:I will third that motion.....but we probably would'nt see one until it is officially released.

So True .... looks great but not all of us want one ....dedicated forum a good idea with all the interest, tho

Once the AT comes out we all can try and keep all the info and questions into one thread. If there is enough interest I can see starting a separate forum. Until then, it's up to all of us to keep things together and minimize how many threads get started with basically the same comments. I really like my 2500 and 550, but I'm interested in an AT also.

Why the need to wait until it's officially released? It's obvious there is going to be ALOT of activity regarding this machine. We should get a jump start before some other site. People want to be able to find info quickly and having separate forums for the different series of machines makes sense.

The only other change I would make would be to change the folder structure of the homepage. For example, Just list all of the brands on the homepage. The user would click on "Garrett" then that takes them to the different series of Garrett machines. Or they can click on "Whites" and all the Whites detector forums are listed. This would make the homepage look nice and neat and once the user saves a site to their bookmarks then they won't have to have the extra click to get to the site they want.
