ATPRO couple hours wondering around in the cold

Got out for a couple of hours and hit a spot close to home where there was a Civil war battle. It was cold rain snow and sleet. Connector I made worked great on the headphones detector was soaking wet and worked perfect. It is nice to have a ID detector you do not have to worry about getting wet. Any way this spot has been pounded but still managed to pull a couple goodies out. Was a fun hunt stayed dry and warm thank god for Gortex. The silver flat button was about 8inches deep and gave a good ID. Bullet was probably 11 inches and did not ID as a bullet but there was no doubt that there was a deep nonferrous target there. Will try to do it again when the snow melts a bit going to get more tonight.

wonder if you were the first to take it out in foul weather, good to hear it worked great, I got the same weather and love hunting this time of the year, until the fields freeze, then it's the beach, might have to get this machine for Christmas haha

I know what you you are saying I am in the mountains so it is cold enough. Got about 5" of the white stuff and 25 with wind today or I would be out hunting right now. Down in the low teens the next couple of nights but as soon as we get a melt The AT will get some more hunting in.

Hey Jason, I happen to live in Gray Tn and was wondering what you think of the At's performance? Really interested in picking one up.

Looks as though it goes deep.. 11 inches!

Hope it warms up though..
