Got a vdi reading of 74...77...80....81 today.Down about 4 in. I found a clad qtr....and a nickel.Separately, the qtr. vdi'd 87 and the nickle 51...52.The ATPRO nailed both coins by giving a mid tone and high tone.Don't ignore those combo signals:clapping:

Thanks for the info I dug a merc on edge and it only hit 78 to 80 on one side of the swing and didn't hit any other direction

Yep, there are some treasures hiding under those iffy signals!

Thank you for the reminder. Every now and again I forget about this. Forget about digging those "what the....?" signals and miss out on some very good recoveries. Gold ring and zinc penney = ? Gold ring and anything = ? Miss digging those mixed up signals equals - I won't go there.

I found a 63 Washington in a hold with a nickel.Came up in the same range. I was expecting a zinc and out popped the quarter. I was delightfully suprised
