[size=large] to begin i gotta say how surprized i am at the amount of treasure being found in this park i hunted today. i and mrpoptop hunted a park that has been hunted to death and then some. i was being fancy and went off on my own. found some clad but was tiring of the place. i was in std, disc. 35, coin and 6 bars of sen. my detector was acting up. mpt came over and retightened the coil and headphone connections, re-gb'd, and put it in std., 0 disc. coin iron off. did much better. what made it a great day was a silver 925 7k ring. what's spooky is he told me there was a ring in the field for me. he didn't know where but says it's here today. he's positive that way. sure enough it was there. he'd already found one himself around 30 yards over. to top off the hunt i found my first Susan B. Anthony Dollar. i'v already found dollars but this was my first anthony. out of 6 dimes three were 1967. missed them by that much.it was a breezy but sunny day. my wife says the ring fits perfectly. i told her it clashes with her gold ones. it goes into my collection. i'm more than willing to take her out hunting for her own. now i'm sore again. but was it ever worth it.the ATP did good again. and a special thanks to Mrpoptop for the hunt. looks like we may do it again tomorrow.
